The Clinical Nursing Department

The Clinical Nursing Department was established in 1998. The Department includes the Adult Health Nursing Section. The department is committed to provide students with recent knowledge and practice in nursing.  The department is dedicated to use knowledge of fundamentals of nursing, caring of adult clients, and caring of critically ill patients. It create new knowledge through close studies of relevant population and disseminate this knowledge to various communities through utilizing critical thinking, therapeutic communication, management, consultative, and advanced skills in the exercise of professional responsibilities.

 The department members are not only involved in teaching, but also in specialized research and community services and are also active participants in conferences, workshops, and symposia locally and abroad, and most take advantage of the various research and exchange programs between the University and other international academic and health institutions.
